  • Demolition requires a lot of attention and precaution. Whenever concrete is broken or cut into pieces, it is important that water is added to keep silica dust to a minimum. Additionally, structure demolition requires that same process. Water helps keep dust and small debris confined to that relative space. Any time a structure is going to be demolished, an asbestos abatement is required by local and State regulations.

  • Whenever constructing a retaining wall it is imperative that drainage be kept in mind. Filter fabric, perforated pipe and washed crushed gravel allow for water to move behind, inside of and bellow any type of retaining wall.
